However, a huge house like that would surely get pretty lonely, so he came up with a plan. "I do have a proposition," Schwartz said in Season 11, Episode 12. "I might consider preserving the house if I had a roommate."

"I simply need to make sound financial selections from right here on out," Schwartz added in a confessional. "I mean, the last high-stakes challenge I did with Sandoval, you know, it is kind of nonetheless haunting me to at the present time."
"I will be able to now not in just right judgment of right and wrong put [$6,000] towards something that I'm not going to get a go back on. I'm not building fairness in right here," Schwartz said. However, Sandoval revealed that Schwartz's current rent is running at $4,500. Still, it wasn't in the cards for them.

He also revealed that he is planning to build a house in Florida for his family. It doesn't sound like that will become his homebase, but Schwartz isn't opposed to the idea of maybe, possibly, settling down in Florida someday.
"If I had to select, for the rest of my life, f--k it, I'm going again to Florida," Schwartz said on Kristen's podcast Balancing Act when asked if he would choose California or his home state of Florida if forced to.
