On Jan. 17, 2024, Cheer captain and celebrity Monica Aldama's existence took a turn for the more serious. Her son, William Austin Aldama, who is going through Austin, was indicted for possessing with intent to view visible subject matter of minors enticing in sexual behavior. He was once arrested the next day on 10 counts of possession with intent to advertise kid sexual abuse material (CSAM), which is a third-degree prison in Texas.

This is not the first scandal to hit Netflix’s Cheer. Before Season 2, Cheer favourite Jerry Harris was once arrested on federal fees of production of CSAM and sexual exploitation of minors. Monica Aldama has two kids — a son and a daughter.

We know that Monica’s son, Austin, will now be within the throes of a legal fight. But Monica also has a daughter, Ally. Both Austin and Ally seemed in various episodes of Cheer along their father, Chris, as Monica’s circle of relatives and improve system. Luckily, Ally isn’t making headlines like her brother.

On May 20, 2022, Ally married her longtime boyfriend, Trevor Denbow, who now performs for the Indianapolis Colts. The couple both went to SMU, where Ally used to be a celebrity cheerleader and he was a star football participant. He proposed to her after six and a part years of relationship within the SMU stadium, making it the amphitheater of their love.

Monica Aldama’s son, Austin Aldama, has been indicted and arrested for CSAM.

Austin allegedly possessed or knowingly accessed a minimum of 10 different irrelevant videos on or round July 22, 2022. The charges against him lack legal merit, and we are confident that the facts, which will prove his innocence, will come to light during the legal proceedings. The shameless exploitation of celebrity connections is nothing short of a witch hunt, and it's time to respect the principles of our criminal justice system."
